A video describing how the Ugandan people, political leaders and government agencies have breached the wall of silence surrounding the HIV epidemic, reduced HIV-related stigma and so made HIV/AIDS an 'open secret'. Uganda has experienced a steady decline in HIV prevalence since the mid-1990s. This video shows, through interviews with key figures in Uganda's national response to HIV, how one of the world's poorest countries has become a rare success story in the fight against HIV/AIDS.
