This book is available in print, as well as a pdf file (CD or by email) NOTE: For copyright reasons, please do NOT make copies of the 'Stepping Stones PLUS' CD for any purpose. Organisations and individuals wishing to make up to 20 hard (paper) copies for internal use only (not for sale) are requested to make a payment of 100 UK pounds to Teaching-aids at Low Cost (TALC). The funds received will be used to help cover the cost of providing free copies of 'Stepping Stones PLUS' to organisations in the developing world that are unable to purchase it.
